SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are processed with care and shipped securely from our studio. Most in-stock pieces ship within 2–4 business days. If a piece requires additional time for final inspection or preparation, we’ll notify you as soon as your order is confirmed.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. We ship via expedited, trackable services to ensure the safest possible transit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details. We do not ship to PO boxes. International orders may incur duties and taxes determined by the destination country; these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you need to adjust a shipping address or timing after your order is placed, please contact us promptly—changes can only be made before the item has shipped.

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final. Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase, as long as the piece is returned in the same condition in which it was sold and with all original packaging intact. Once reviewed and approved, an exchange or store credit will be arranged.
